What it is
A screw-retained implant restoration is an implant-supported crown, bridge or full-arch prosthesis secured directly to the implant or an implant abutment using a prosthetic screw. It provides a highly predictable and retrievable solution, allowing the restoration to be removed when maintenance, repair or clinical evaluation is required. Its cement-free design offers precise control over the restoration's emergence profile, occlusion, contacts and overall aesthetics, making it suitable for a wide range of implant-supported rehabilitations.
