Submitting cases is simple and efficient. From digital scans to final delivery, our workflow keeps precision, reliability and turnaround consistent on every restoration.

Getting Started
Call the lab, message us on WhatsApp, or send the case form — whichever is quickest for you. There is no account to open and nothing to sign up for.

- Either way we talk the first case through before anything is collected
- Tell us your prescription preferences once and we note them against the practice
- No minimum case volume, no monthly commitment and no account to open

Case Submission
Send digital scans as STL, or ask us to collect a physical impression.
- Digital files as STL, exported from your scanner
- Physical impressions collected, or sent in by courier
- Photographs and shade tabs attached to the case where appearance matters

Production Process
Designed, milled and hand-finished by our own technicians, in our own lab.
- Case checked against the prescription before design starts
- Designed and milled in-house, then finished by hand
- Anything ambiguous is queried before the case proceeds, not after

Delivery to Your Practice
Tracked nationwide shipping, with case support continuing after delivery.
