Who we are

Ceramic Art 3D Dental Technologies is a dental laboratory based at 56, opposite Shaukat Khanum Hospital Road, GCP Society, Block R1, Phase 2, Johar Town, Lahore, Pakistan. We take work from dental practices and return finished restorations. This policy covers this website and the case information practices send us.

What we collect

Only two things reach us through this site:

• The contact form. Your name, your work email address and whatever you write in the message.
• Direct contact. Anything you send us by email or tell us by phone.

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and embeds no advertising or tracking scripts. We do not build a profile of you, and we cannot see who visits the site.

Case files and clinical information

Separately from this website, practices send us scans, impressions, prescriptions and shade information so we can make a restoration. We treat that material as confidential clinical work.

We use it only to make and deliver the case, to answer questions about it, and to handle a remake if one is needed. We do not use case files for marketing, and we do not publish images of a case without asking the practice first.

Patient identity. We ask that cases be identified by your own reference rather than by patient name. Where a patient's name does reach us on a prescription, it is kept with the case and not used for anything else.

How long we keep it

Contact form enquiries are kept while we are in conversation with you and for a reasonable period afterwards.

Case files are kept for 24 months after a case ships, so we can remake or match work if you come back to us. After that they are deleted. If you would like a case removed sooner, ask and we will do it.

Who else sees it

Nobody outside the laboratory sees your case files except where the work itself requires it — a courier handling the package, which sees the address on the box and nothing inside it, and occasionally a specialist milling or finishing partner where a case calls for a process we do not run in-house. Anyone in that position is given only what the job needs.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

Security

Case files and correspondence are held on lab-controlled equipment with access limited to the technicians and staff who need it. No system is perfect, and we will tell you promptly if we become aware of a breach that affects your cases.

Your choices

Write to contact@ceramicart3ddental.com and you can:

• ask what we hold about you or your practice
• ask us to correct something
• ask us to delete your enquiry or your case files
• tell us to stop contacting you

We will respond within a reasonable period, and we will not charge you for asking.

Where this site links somewhere else, that site has its own policy and we are not responsible for it.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be flagged to account holders directly.
