PFM Restoration

Porcelain fused to metal, still the reference for long spans and demanding fits.

A cast or milled metal substructure carries porcelain on top. It is the oldest indirect technique still in routine use and remains the safe answer for long spans, awkward clearances and cases where a proven marginal fit matters more than being metal-free. Our own default is metal free — zirconia or lithium disilicate wherever they will do the job — so PFM sits here for the cases that genuinely call for it, prescribed by you rather than defaulted to by us.
