What it is
Orthodontic and functional appliances are custom-designed appliances used to guide tooth movement, influence jaw relationships, maintain or create arch space, and support the correction of specific orthodontic and functional conditions. These appliances can be tailored to the patient's individual dentition and treatment objectives, with designs ranging from removable plates and active appliances to functional jaw-positioning devices. Precise fabrication and individualised appliance design help provide the retention, activation and functional control required for effective orthodontic treatment.

- Clinical photographs and diagnostic records where required
- Any specific requirements for acrylic coverage, expansion, retention or functional positioning
